5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful engagement, you agree to:

  • Make payments on time as outlined in your service agreement.
  • Communicate any changes to project requirements promptly.

6. Payment Terms

  • Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in your agreement.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing or SEO services, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (e.g., search engine algorithm changes, market conditions).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientFlow Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

  • You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
  • We will provide you with all completed deliverables you have paid for.
  • Both parties remain bound by confidentiality obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in those jurisdictions.

12. Changes to Terms
